We are a small, family-run business and we truly appreciate your support. We do our best to carefully describe each item and provide accurate photos. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Here’s our return policy:
Eligibility for Returns:
- We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if:
- The item you received is significantly not as described.
- The item original packaging is unopened.
- The item is damaged upon arrival.
Conditions:

- Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
- Returned items must be in the same condition as received.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our mistake.
Return Process:
- Contact us at (610) 838-1713 or info@qosbricks.com.with your order number, description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
- We will review your request and, if approved, provide a return shipping address.
Note: For privacy, this may be a PO Box or alternate location.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Exceptions:
- We do not accept returns for:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Accidental orders
- Items accurately described as incomplete, used, or missing parts
Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery.
- Please send photos of the item and packaging to help us resolve the issue quickly.
